Every member of your site has an internal balance. Members top it up and then spend it on paid services, memberships, gifts, transfers, VIP status, paid chat and video chat.
How members top up
A member opens My account, picks Add money to account, enters the amount and pays with one of the payment systems you switched on. To set up payment systems and the site currency, read Accept payments on your dating site.
How you add money by hand
Open Customers in the admin panel.
Find the member in the list.
Click +$ Add money and enter the amount.
The member sees the credit marked Added by administrator. Use it for bonuses, refunds, offline payments and tests. More about managing members: Customers.
Where to look in the admin panel
There is no separate page for balances. Adding money is done only with the +$ Add money button on the Customers page. The site currency and payment systems are set in the Payments section, not on the balance itself.
