Access permissions: choose which pages guests, free and paid members can open

Decide what guests, registered members and each paid group can use on your site. Where Access permissions is, its tabs, the three access levels and what members see.

Written by Team

Access permissions decide which parts of your site guests, registered members and members of each paid group can use. The page is also where your membership groups live, so it is the same place described in Memberships.

Where to find it

Open Dating Funnels → Customize your service → Orders → Access permissions. The page has two tabs:

  • Registered: what registered members and each paid group can do.

  • Guests: what visitors without an account can open. It has its own table of rights.

Three access levels

For every section and every group you choose one level:

  • Full access

  • Limitations apply

  • No access

Sections you can control include the Swipe game, Who likes you, Media gallery, Nearby members, Top 100, Send virtual gifts and Unlimited messaging.

Membership groups and periods

On the Registered tab you can add, change, switch on or off and delete Membership groups, and set the Activity periods a membership can last.

One plan for everyone or by user type

You can choose a general subscription for all members or a different one for each user type, such as men and women. User types are described in Who your members are.

What members see

When a section is closed, a member sees a message that it is not available and an offer to pay for a membership group. Mobile apps show the same options.
