Settings

You can configure a number of parameters

Minimum number of characters. Operator message must be no less than the specified number of characters. If operator tries to send a message with fewer characters, an error will be displayed. If the value 0 is defined, the restriction is not applied.

Time to answer (in minutes). Time allowed for the operator to reply in the chatbox. If the response time has expired, the conversation is passed to another operator. If there is now only one operator in the operator panel, the conversation is not transmitted. If the value 0 is defined, the restriction is not applied.

Bonus for one outgoing message. Bonus that the operator will receive by replying to the user. The bonuses will accumulate in the operator's account. The operator will be able to see how much reward he can expect.

Inactive chat period. After how many days to mark a chat as inactive. Inactive chats are excluded from the message queue.

Teasers

You can add teasers if the user does not respond to the operator's message.

If the user has not replied anything after the last operator's message, then Teaser 1 will be triggered in 12h, and the conversation will go to the message queue. Operator will need to write another message to the user.

If the user does not respond again after this time, Teaser2 will be triggered after another 24h. If the user responds, Teaser 1 can be called after the operator's response if 12h elapses after the response.
