When a user messages a bot, the message goes to the operator panel. This panel is completely separate from the site and can be hosted on the same or a completely different hosting service. Additionally, multiple sites can be connected to it.
All incoming messages from sites form a message queue and are evenly distributed among operators. If the operator who last responded in the dialogue is currently online, the message will be sent to them.
When responding, the operator has access to information about the user and the fake profile. The operator can select a photo from the bot's gallery (with the option to make photos visible only to operators) and send it to the user. The operator can also select a photo from their computer. Bonus for one outgoing message, $ — The operator will receive a reward for each message.
Inactive chat period — If a chat inactivity period is specified, after that number of days the chat will be marked as inactive and displayed in the Inactive chats list in Dashboard. If a user writes something in an inactive chat, the chat automatically becomes active.

Each unanswered chat is distributed among operators. If an operator opens a chat, "answering now" appears. The administrator can assign the chat to another operator using the "Assign" button. By clicking the eye icon, you can go to the chat to view all messages. You can also delay a chat for some time by clicking "Push chat."
Teasers
Sometimes a user doesn't respond to an operator's message. The administrator can configure the system so that after a certain time, such a chat opens again for the operator with a reminder to message the user again.
To do this, open the operator settings section /admin/operators/settings and set how many hours after to send a reminder to the chat.
After the specified number of hours from the operator's last response, the chat will open with this message.
You can add as many reminders as you want.
If the user still doesn't respond and reminders are exhausted, the chat will no longer open until the user writes something.

The administrator can see when operators were online, what messages they sent, how much they earned and for what.
Operators can also view statistics on their own actions.
