If your site has been customized for you, installing an update takes longer than usual. Your changes have to be carried over into the new version and checked to make sure everything still works the way it did.
We cover part of that work. Ask your customer success manager for a $200 coupon, and we will apply it to your update estimate.
How it works
Tell us you want to update, and ask your customer success manager for the coupon.
We look at your project and send you an estimate: how many hours it will take to carry over your customizations and test them, and what that costs.
The $200 coupon is applied to that estimate, so you see the reduced amount.
You confirm, and we start.
You get the estimate before any work begins. Nothing starts until you confirm it, and the final invoice cannot exceed the amount you agreed to.
When the coupon does not apply
The coupon exists because customizations make updating harder. If your site runs on a standard build with no custom work, the update is installed at the regular price and no coupon is issued.
We can see whether your project has customizations. If you are not sure, ask us and we will check before sending the estimate.

Installment payments are available
1. Choose a 2–3 month installment plan.
2. Access to the open source code is provided after full payment. Until then, access is limited to the website control panel.
3. A surcharge of $69 is applied for SLA 2 success support for each additional month of the installment plan.
